Getting this error. I am really Zotero illiterate I need a detailed walk through how to fix.I reported. 1812566445

    it does it with Zotero stand alone and online

    It seems like you're clicking on the wrong icon then -- you want to click on "Add Citation," the icon at the far left, not on "edit citation" which is next to it.

    I just installed plugins and and rebooted and it is working. You may be right though and i was hitting the wrong button too. thanks for your time. Im a little frazzled and i was ready to throw my computer.
