Error of time of execution of BASIC

I started using Zotero with OO3 (before used it with OO 2.4). It was alright at first. but then I started to reseive an error msg after clicking on insert citation. The error msg is in Russian as my OO3 is in Russia. it says something like this "Error of time of execution of BASIC. Exception was called" and in the same nsg in English "Type: come.sun.star.beans.UnknownPropertyExceptionMessage." also window arrears "My macros and dialogue Zotero" with lost of text but this one is highlighted:
"sPropertyValue = thisComponent.DocumentInfo.getPropertyValue(sPropertyName)"

Can't use OO3 now - back to OO2.4
