Laptop not syncing - report ID1942742963

"Getting updated data from sync server" is taking too long. Zotero does not sync on the laptop. Could you please take a look?
  • Looks like your Zotero client was doing a full sync, which has now finished. You're in some large libraries, so a full download can take a while.

    (The next major version of Zotero will sync large libraries incrementally, so this will be less of an issue.)
  • How long should it take? I am trying to sync my laptop research to a file of a large library but it has been days since the green, circular arrow has stopped spinning and my newly added documents are not appearing on the group's library.

    In your case it looks like it's been taking 10 minutes to process your full downloads on the server. After that there might be a pause while it processed the download.
