"Getting updated data from sync server" is taking too long. Zotero does not sync on the laptop. Could you please take a look?

(The next major version of Zotero will sync large libraries incrementally, so this will be less of an issue.)
In your case it looks like it's been taking 10 minutes to process your full downloads on the server. After that there might be a pause while it processed the download.
