URL bar icon doesn't appear for Project Muse or JSTOR

I'm submitting you the report error No 1442131838 . Suddenly the file icon desappears of URL bar at project Muse and Jstor pages only. Since that it was imposible to attaching the article references at all.

    Please provide URLs for pages on which you expect to see a URL bar icon but aren't.
