Storage upgrade

Hello

I have tried emailing the storage address but have not had a response.

So -

I paid for a renewal of my 2Gb account on 21st December. I find that I need more storage. If I upgrade to 6Gb via my account will I have to pay the full price or will I get a reduction based on the fact I paid for 2Gb just over a month ago.

IIRC, you won't get a discount on the renewal, but whatever time you have remaining on the 2GB subscription will get converted to the 6GB subscription. So if you're buying 1 year of 6GB storage ($60) and you have 6 months of 2GB storage remaining ($20/2 = $10), you will receive 6GB of storage for 1 year and 2 months.

Aurimas is correct. You will pay full price, but get extra time.
