Toolbar doesn't appear anymore in Word for Windows

I have a problem with the toolbar in Word (2010), it doesn't appear anymore after an unprogrammed restart of my computer yesterday.
(Maybe there's nothing to do with it but I've installed French Citation Styles from this page yesterday afternoon https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/1216)

I installed Zotero for Word add-in a long time ago and it worked perfectly but now in the ribbon of Word there's no "Add-in" tab anymore.

I checked in "extensions" in Zotero standalone and I've clicked on "Reinstall Microsoft Word Add-in" and it's written "The Microsoft Word add-in is currently installed" but when I restarted Word, still no "Add-in" with the zotero toolbar.
So I've checked the options in Word and the tab "add-in" is checked for appearing in the ribbon..
Moreover, there's no error message appearing.

What can I do please?

start with:

make sure that the Zotero toolbar is enabled in View→Toolbars, and ensure that Zotero.dot appears and is enabled in Word's Tools→Templates and Add-ins window.

Thank you I've found the solution !
The zotero.dot was uneabled in Word tools - Add-ins

The message said it was uneabled because it made malfunction word.
(probably because of the new citation styles I've installed yesterday)

yeah, I'd uninstall those. They should work, but citation styles have come quite far in the last 5 years.
