Quran as reference item
this feature is available in pajoohyar (iranian distribution of Zotero) and it may useful for researchers in religious.
common referencing style is (Sura name, Ayah namber) usually in foot note.

There are a lot of biblical scholars using Zotero, I assume they just don't use a referencing tool for biblical citations, since you also obviously don't cite the work in the bibliography ;).
