support right to left languages (Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, ...)

in right to left languages (Arabic, Persian, ...) we use:
(،) apposition of (,)
(؛) apposition of (;)
(؟) apposition of (?)

this is most important feature for right to left languages. detect item language and export bibliography style by this will be very useful.

    CSL should be able to handle that w/o problems unless you want to differentiate between LTR and RTL items in the same bibliography. No one has ever written a Persian citation style, though, afaik.

    If you do need different behavior in the same bibliography, you'd have to look at MLZ: http://citationstylist.org/
