Syncing Zotero to box.com

I am a university student and we have a box account through our university server, but still through box.com I have read that you can sync box to zotero, which would be really useful for my thesis and dissertation. However, the forums don't quite make sense from me and don't have a start-to-finish, step-by-step tutorial on how to do so. Could anyone help me with this?

I opened Zotero, went to preferences, and found where you can sync to a webDAV (which is what Ohio University Box accounts are), but it is not recognizing my account info (possibly because it is through a university account?) I read people make a special folder in box to sync, but I found no instructions on how to do this either.

Any help would be useful!

    I would try your university library, which appears to provide some basic support for Zotero and might now how to set up box.com.

    For enterprise accounts, if you go to your Account Settings, you will see your "Login and Email Addresses" listed. Use the primary email as your username. If your university uses single sign-on, you will need to create an external password (on the same page) and use that as your password in Zotero.

    Finally, make sure you use https://dav.box.com/dav/zotero/ as the URL (the /zotero/ part is already set in Zotero settings)
