HELP! Can I use Zotero to edit existing citations of unknown source??

I received a document for editing, and it already contains a bibliography (field) of unknown source (meaning I don't know what citation software made it). Is there any way to use Zotero to change the citation style of this already existing bibliography? I am currently at a loss on how to do this...
