no bibliography is inserted

Hej, and after not having used Zotero for a while (not been writing)and in the meantime also changing to Office 2013, I with some help last succeeded in getting the toolbar back into my word document setting. However, when commanding Insert bibliography or citation, nothing happens? What are the possible reasons?
