New plugin: OPDS server

Still early days, but my new OPDS server plugin (http://zotplus.github.io/opds/index.html) allows accessing your library using apps such as Moon+ reader.

    Nice! Does this support to sync back the annotate pdfs as well?

    Unfortunately, no; the OPDS protocol doesn't support it. If you find any e-reader that supports sync-back, I'll happily investigate how to support it.
