downloading pdfs

when i try to download pdfs, zotero says it's been saved, yet the files doesnt exist in my folders in library.
  • How exactly are you downloading? What browser? Which Zotero (Standalone/Firefox)? Where are you checking (zotero.org, Zotero Standalone, Firefox)?
  • i use firefox browser, and checking firefox zotero. i checked my cookies to see if they are permitted.
for example; http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0022391302010284 the pdf in linked page, when i save it, zotero says it has been saved but i can't find it in my browsers.
  • So you're clicking the URL bar icon? Or what do you mean by downloading the PDF? And the title of the article appears in the grey pop-up bubble? Does it save the article and not the PDF?
