When syncing my library I got the following error (error ID 1440693971)

can anybody help me?

In the last couple of days I had often problems with syncing, however I was never able to report. ("No answer from the repository", when I tried to report).

Later on, I moved my storage to another folder (into the "Copy"-cloud) whereupon however considerable part of my PDFs got lost. The library is still there, the PDFs show up, but Zotero cannot find them anymore (as they are not there anymore).

Do the two problems somehow relate to eachother??

It looks like you're getting various errors from ZotFile, so start by disabling that. For the one sync error that shows up there, see File Sync Errors.

Not totally sure what you mean here, but if you move your files after adding them to Zotero, you won't be able to open them anymore unless you're using linked files with a properly configured linked attachment base directory.

I also have a problem with syncing zotero. I use zotero on my laptop (win7/firefox 24) and have no problem there. I've installed zotero and firefox 31 on my desktop(win7) and now it doesn't download the files on my account (attachments, etc). I've reported the problem and my report ID is: 1674563209 .

Hi my zotero do not sync... The green arrow is still turning, I have different things on my program zotero on the computer and on the server. What can I do?

Benoit: Should be set now. A small number of syncs were stalled on the server.

You've had repeated full downloads of your full library and group library, and have another one running right now. If you're interrupting the processing of the downloads by force-quitting Zotero (or Firefox, if using Zotero for Firefox), Zotero will repeat the download the next time you sync. So make sure you're allowing it to finish.

But to be clear, there are two issues here. Earlier today a few of your downloads were stalled on the server. That's separate from a normal download, which is happening now, that you have to let finish.
