word for zotero

Hello,

My word for zotero sudenly didn't worked anymore...I don't understand..

I have a windows 8 PC, zotero standalone and word for zotero standalone with Chrome.

It used to be okay and sudenly, didn't work anymore..

Does someone could help me ?

In french:

Mon word pour zotero a dysfontionné soudainement. Lorsque je voulais insérer une référence, le complément word pour zotero ne fonctionnait plus alors que quelques secondes plus tôt, je venais de m'en servir !

J'ai un PC windows 8.
J'ai téléchargé zotéro standalone il y a plusieurs années avec le module word pour zotero standalone via Chrome.

    what exactly happens - do you not see the toolbar anymore, does it not react, does it throw an error?

    The toolbar is still there but it doesn't react anymore. I don't have an error message. It just doesn't react at all.

    I just try again now and an error message appear: word can cont communicate with firefox. Please ensure that you re well connected to firefox.

    I don't understand because i m connected to google chrome...

    that message is just old, from the time when Zotero was just a Firefox extension - it means "Zotero, " not Firefox (I know this message, but in general, please always provide the error message exactly as you see it, including if it's in a language other than English.)

    Start by re-installing the word processor add-on from the Cite tab of the Zotero preferences.

    I tried again today and it s okay now.

    I have a lot of network problems. Perhaps it is the reason..?
