problem with creating bibliography

When I right clicked on a collection file and chose 'CREATE BIBLIOGRAPHY FROM COLLECTION', I got something like this: (the upper example came out when I chose RTF, the lower one was HTML)

They are basically the same. Obviously there are things that should not exist in a bibliography. What can I do to make it cut-off after the publication year? Or did I do something wrong?

    Remove the Amazon URL from the URL field and the date from the Accessed field.

    OOOOOPS! That means I have delete that one by one.
    Hope you get that fixed ASAP.
    BTW, I appreciate the idea of having the Amazon URL & accessed date for my own ref. Please don't discard them by all means, just don't let them get into the bibliographies.

    As I noted on the other thread, the Amazon URLs will be saved to attached links, which won't show up in citations, rather than the URL field, which does.

    HI, I'm using MS Word 2003 with plugin, latest Firefox, latest zotero, etc. My machine is XP.

    I am having a problem with my bibliography. It's NOT listed alphabetically but in a randam order! Am I the only one who is having this problem? HEELP!!
