Added new style to Github. Don't how how it works

Just added a new style to Github to submit it. But I do not know if a I did right. The instruction were not to clear for me. The file I submitted to citation-style-language/styles is revista-de-filologia-espannola.csl#1299. Any help will be wellcome.

    Your pull request was correctly performed at the github and it is now in Step 4. There will follow a review process and you may be asked to adjust some things to meet the Style Requirements. Everthing from here can be discussed in github, so just stay "tuned" to the github news from your pull request.
