Upgrade StorageMissing "Sync to Zotero Server" button
I'm trying to use Zotero on a new computer (an NB250 Toshiba netbook) but for some reason the "Sync to Zotero Server" button doesn't show up at all, both on Firefox and Standalone. Automatic syncing is deactivated on both.
Zotero version is 4.0.24 and Firefox's is 31.3.0. The screen is really small (resolution 1024x600) but I don't know whether that's related.
Also, I had ran out of storage on the server until I emptied the trash can, but the button is still missing.

I started writing a note on an item and, as I reached the border of the screen, instead of wrapping the line, the pane moved and finally I saw the botton at the top right corner.
This seems to be one more of Firefox's many screen resolution problems, like Zotero's preference dialogue boxes, which extend beyond the screen borders. I'm having to type Alt+space all the time to move the window around.
