firefox 3.1b1 - zotero broken

so I was running ff3.1 alpha with zotero fine for quite some time. tonight ff updated itself to 3.1.b1 and zotero stopped working. nightly tester tool is of no help and it is my understanding that the mozilla folks changed the extensions api again.

does anybody know a workaround or do I need to install a vanilla ff3 again?!

    From an official support point-of-view, I'd imagine that the stable version of FF (3) and Zotero (1.0.7) are preferred.

    But a fix to allow Zotero to run on minefield has already been implemented
