Upgrade StorageOVID
I can't get any searches from OVID to save. I have tried ovidsp and ebsco access to ovid, and none of the database searches can be downloaded. I have FF3 and the latest zotero. I have stopped all the other extensions, updated the software and checked the database integrity. I have tried it with and without the vpn client on. Sometimes it says saving, but never does: but most times there is an empty grey box in the bottom right hand corner of the screen , framed in a red line.
This is a real problem as without ovid, zotero is essentially useless to me (and everyone I know!). Here is the error report 1315058425.
Can someone please work out what is happening and suggest a fix please?
