Unwanted comma in titles using IEEE citation style

I started to use the IEEE sitation style these days. It is pretty good but it adds a comma at the end of each title, inside quotation marks. Does someone have already solved this problem?
How can I solve it editing the cls file?

Support for British punctuation is apparently underway, but until then you can't have titles enclosed by quotes with the comma following the quotes.
