Zotero not recognizing DOI

I've been trying to add a few articles via DOI, and I seem to have particular trouble with TESOL Quarterly. This article, for example (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/j.1545-7249.2008.tb00207.x/abstract). Adding the DOI to the magic wand in Zotero returns no results. Fortunately, I have the PDF, so I can drag that in and retrieve metadata, but why would Zotero not recognize the DOI?

The example you provide actually has an invalid DOI http://doi.org/10.1002/j.1545-7249.2008.tb00207.x You should report this to the publisher. Do you have other examples that are not working?

at a minimum, all DOIs in that issue are invalid. Didn't check any further. (You realize, of course, that you can add these items via the URL bar icon from the Wiley page, right?)
