Upgrade StorageToolbar not showing in word
Hi, I've ensured I have all the correct plug ins, and followed your instructions on the troublshooting page but the menu in windows (on my mac) is still not showing.
It was there yesterday so no ideas what has happened. I haven't updated anything or changed anything.
Any ideas??

aurimasWhich steps exactly did you follow? What OS, Word, Zotero/Firefox versions are you using?
