MS Word Plugin and Zotero Firefox Integration Error
I'd appreciate help troubleshooting a problem I am having with Zotero's integration with MS Word.
I use the Zotero Firefox Extension and just installed the Firefox MS Word Plugin (Zotero Word for Windows Integration), and also the Microsoft Word add-in. However it does not work properly. In Word, when I click any of the icons for the Zotero toolbar, I get an error message. It says:
"Zotero Integration Error: Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again."
I've tried closing and reopening MS Word and Firefox, and also re-installing both the Word add-in and Zotero Word for Windows Integration. However, nothing has worked.
Here is the error log (Report ID 374008561). I deleted some lines at the top that were just errors from opening Zotero and weren’t the error when I press a button in word.

I disabled all the Firefox add-ons but Zotero and Zotero Word for Windows Integration. I also tried uninstalling all the other add-ons. I still got the same error in both cases.
I then tried reinstalling the Word add-on from the cite tab. Same error. I restarted the computer, got the same error, and then tried reinstalling from the cite tab again, and again, got the same error.
Here is the Error Report:

Unfortunately it seems that, whatever the cause is, I can't get Zotero's Word portion working on my computer. But thank you for your help, adamsmith.
