Problème d'instation du plugins

Bonjour,
Je ne peux pas ajouter le plugin zotero à mon navigateur firefox.
Il m'affiche un message " le module complémetaire n'a pas pu être téléchargé à cause de l'échec de connexion à www.zotero.org ".
comment faire ??

    I guess that is the same as "The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure on www.zotero.org" see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/addon_could_not_be_downloaded .

    @Dan: How to just add the message in different languages to that page for multi-lingual retrieval?

    @zuphilip - do you mean wiki pages in multiple languages (that's easy, just click on the language code at the top) or just that one message? For the latter, what do you have in mind there?

    We cannot (easily) translate the whole wiki page in a lot of different languges, but it should be possible to translate the error message in various languages. Is it okay to create empty wiki pages like this? Or is there a redirect plugin availabe on that wiki?

    That's fine. I've also added a troubleshooting link to the download page, which should help a lot with this. (While I was at it, I added a link to help people choose which version of Zotero to download.)
