Keep tag that aren't used

I have set up a list of tag that I will use to sort out my citations. I have entered all of them but because some of them are not used (no citation is tagged with those tags) they have disappear from the list.

Is there a way set up Zotero so that it won't delete the tags that aren't used?

    Only color tags are kept if they are not used. You can always create a dummy item and assign tags to it.

    Thanks for your reply. I have tried with the color but it seems I can only have 6 tags with a color which isn't enough for the 100+ tags I have in my list.

    Since it seems it isn't possible to "hack" the tags features, I will go with the dummy item.
