Can't get citation from Harvard ecommons website

Hi:

Trying to get citations and pdf's from inside the harvard ecommons site, which grants access to scienceDirect. However, can't download the citation to zotero, even though the pop-up message "downloading to..." appears in the left right corner. I'm using the latest version of firefox.

here is an example of how the url looks:

    is the sciencedirect page embedded in a frame for the Harvard Ecommons?
    If that question doesn't make sense to you--could you take a screenshot of that entire browser window, upload it to a free image hosting site (dropbox, imgur.com) and link to it here?

    under 11 (provided 1-10 don't fix this) provide both the error report ID and a debug ID (instructions for both are linked to from that page)
