I do not know how to hyperlink the reference numbers in my text to the bibliography at the end of the document.

I am not entirely sure I know what you mean, but if you want to connect your in-text references to a bibliography you will need to use either the Word or OpenOffice plugin. www.zotero.org/documentation/microsoft_word_integration
