Upgrade StorageUnable to use Word Add-In
I have just updated to the latest version of Zotero and am getting the following "Zotero Integration Error" when I attempt to insert citation into a document:
This command is not available because no document is open. Code: "0" function: "zoteroWinWordApplication::GetDocument" location: "zoteroWinWOrdApplication.cpp "This command is not available because no document is open......
I am running Word as part of Office 365. The Zotero add-in (Zotero.dot) shows as active. The Zotero standalone version is 4.0.23. I believe I have followed the very straightforward instructions on using the add-in and though I use Zotero very infrequently, I do recall getting it to work some months ago when I last had occasion to use it.
