We are thinking of transferring our files from wizfolio to zotero, is there an easy to way to transfer them from one site to the other? Also if one person pays for the site can others have access to his files? thanks.

    If you share files in a group, they only count towards the storage quota of the group's owner, so yes to you second question.

    I don't know if it's possible to import data with files from Wizfolio -- are you able to export the files together with a metadata export (like RIS)?

    See "How do I backup my account?" at the bottom of the page here. They allow you to download a ZIP file of all your references in RIS format along with all the PDFs. Not sure if the PDFs will be linked to in the RIS file though.
