problem when someone else tries to use my database

Hi guys, I'm wondering if someone can shed some light on my problem, I have coded onto the the zotero database for the url http://qu-prism.qub.ac.uk/TalisPrism/browseResults.do this is QUB's library url. Zotero is having no problems pulling the information I have set it to on the machine which i first wrote the database on, the problem is none of the other machines we have then can use it, and when you load up scaffold on another machine, you can access the database but the detect code & code tabs appear empty

didnt get any answer in trouble shooting so thought it might be the wrong section any help is greatly welcomed,
