How do I add citation styles? Newbie question

I am trying to write an article and want to use the citation format of the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. It is not in the formats that "pop up" under "Citation Style". I went to Zotero Style Repository and found this journal listed. But find a line through the install button. If this means this citation style is already installed - where is it and how can I add it to my "Citation Style" pop up?
Thanks!
  • The ~1,100 new styles recently added to Zotero require 1.5 Sync Preview 2.2 or later. However, the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism style is equivalent to the Vancouver style (a.k.a. "Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals"), which you should be able to install.

The Vancouver style was recently recreated, so there may still be issues that need to be addressed. Individual journals that recommend following Vancouver (or other base styles) may also provide examples that differ from the base style, in which case we can make individual adjustments.
  • Thanks for this information
I have downloaded 1.5 Sync Preview 2.2. Where do I look for Vancouver style orJCEM citation style?

  • If you're running 1.5 SP 2.2, you can install them from the styles page, though I meant that you could install Vancouver without upgrading to the Sync Preview.
