sort acc. to size and delete storage files associated with library
Hey guys,
I really like Zotero and can see that subscription for bigger storage is a way to earn money to have enough resources to continue making Zotero bigger and more advanced. However, as an alternative I would like to delete storage files in an easy manner, i.e. delete graphic files or pdf-files, to decrease my storage demands. As far as I can see there is no easy way to do that (ofc' I could f*ck around with the raw files). Also, I would of course like to start with the biggest storage files, or with the most useless (like graphic files that were downloaded from the publisher). However it is hard to figure out which those are, It would be great if you can add such a feature, e.g. by adding a sort option on the website (sort by storage size) or in the program itself.

but I want to sync my PDFs - I do not want to sync unnecessary files like website snapshots (and delete those which are currently present)

Cheers, Mia
thanks for the idea, but this does not work. Searching for 'snapshot' only finds all items which include a snapshot. 'Select All' + 'Delete' would thus delete all items completely. Same for 'Advanced Search', with which I can search for 'Attachment File Type' 'is' 'Web Page'.
weird functionality though, never seen in any user interface that ctrl+A does not select all visible items but only a subset (those that are not grey).
