Sync Problems with two zotero libraries

I have two zotero libraries and try to sync them using my uni web storage(it happened like that). I have setup a sync with my uni webdav server (secure) and I could see the files appear in the folder there. But when I try to merge my libraries from either computer (uni computer and my laptop), it is not happening. I get the sync button triangle saying 'Empty response from the server'. I don't know what is the problem. To mention, I am using the trunk build (3455).

I could see uploading status and then I could find the newly uploaded files in the stoarage server but I can't get files downloaded.

I have updated to the latest trunk and the 'empty response from the server' is gone but the 'Reconciliation unimplented for attached items' pops up . Error id: 1140342024.

Now I got 'Creator 265 not found in Zotero.Item.load().

I wonder why in the world I am getting all sorts of error all of a sudden!
