Upgrade StorageNote pane not working
So I have Zotero integrated into my browser (Office 7). For some reason I cannot read my notes or citation information. By this, I mean that the right hand pane, which will usually show the citation information or notes for an entry in the center pane, shows nothing but a blank note window.
If I double click on a child note from an entry in the center pane, it brings up a little window with a blank screen. If I right click on the parent item, I can generate a biblio entry, but nothing else.
In short, I cannot access my notes or see anything in the right pane. My library is synced with my online collection. Should I just uninstall and reinstall Zotero? Is there an east fix for this?

Beyond that, we'd need to see a Report ID.
But not sure if this is the actual error I have or not. Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling?
You're running Zotero 4.0.12, which is extremely (over a year) out of date. Update to the latest version from zotero.org, and make sure you have automatic add-on updates enabled in Firefox.
