Sync Error ID:1992546505

This is constant sync error occurring on a MacBook Air OSX 10.7.5.

My library doesn't have sync problems on other platforms, but it is constant on this one, even after restarting, so I can't work out the conditions to reproduce.
  • Disable the Hola extension.

    Thank you for the quick response. Even though the extension was "off", completely disabling it removed the problem.

    Re-enabling the Hola extension did not immediately cause the problem to return.

    Re-enabling the Hola extension and adding a Zotero reference caused no problems.

    Re-enabling the Hola extension and adding a Zotero reference with attachment caused the problem to return.

    Disabling Hola again returned this to working.

    I think that confirms that Hola was the problem, and happy to disable it to keep Zotero working.

    Yes, Hola does something that breaks the connection to Amazon S3, the cloud storage system that underlies Zotero File Storage.
