word 2010 stops working when inserting citation

Hi, I'm working on a word document with zotero stand alone and chrome browser. I'm not sure which version of Zotero but I only installed it 2 months ago. when I start working the first 1 or 2 citations work but on the 3rd one word stops working and closes and Zotero informes a very long and unclear error message. I'mm working on my document on my laptop (windows 2007 word 2010) and on my desktop (windows 2007 word 2007). I have the extensions and add-ons installed. my document is saved in a dropbox library on my computers.
can some one please advise?

    We do need more details to help you out. We need versions for all software involved, including Zotero (see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/zotero_version). I'm guessing you're using Windows 7 on both machines, since Windows 2007 does not exist. We also need to know exactly (don't translate or paraphrase) what the error message says. Feel free to take a screenshot and post it somewhere (e.g. Dropbox, imgur) then link to it here.

    Finally, can you reproduce this issue in a new document (i.e. just insert those three references in order into an empty document)
