mhra style second occurrence of cited item

I am struggling with making zotero insert the short title version of a reference when it is the second or subsequent occurrence. I have the word plug in enabled. Hlep please?

    The style is set up to provide the short title only of needed to disambiguate two cites by the same author(s). Is that the behavior you are testing?
