We can't provide support for third-party WebDAV servers, but if you can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that results in an error we can tell you the specific error message you're getting from Box. (Those above aren't sync errors on their own.)
  • Thank you for the quick response.

    The Debug ID was D47131877.
  • There's no sync attempt in there. Reread the linked instructions, and make sure you submit the output as soon as you reproduce the error.
  • Sorry, I might make mistakes.
The new debug ID was D728934542.

  • Full-text content can only be added for attachments
Check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.

If that doesn't find any problems, paste 'QX5RQA6P' into the Zotero search bar at the root of your personal library and let me know the exact date added of that item. (If you don't find anything, it might be in the trash.) After that, you should delete that item, empty the trash, and try syncing again. You can add the item again after.
  • Hi,

Sorry for the delayed responses. I cannot access the systems because of my business trip.

I have checked the database integrity and found no problems.

The date added of that idem ('QX5RQA6P') was 2013/4/10 14:45:46, and the PDF file was attached on 2013/12/7 20:39:22.

I have deleted that idem and tried syncing.
But again, I had the apparently same problem before.

The new debug ID was D273305205.

  • What if you check database integrity now?
