I am trying to decide whether to switch from Endnote to Zotero. I cannot get rid of Endnote until I know Zotero works but it seems that I can't integrate Zotero with Word until I get rid of endnote. Is there technical support for Zotero?

This is it. You'll get answers either from people who know Zotero extremely well or from developers. There's no phone or e-mail support.
