Please help - many of my attachments are not syncing as i try to download my zotero library (which have been using on a pc) to a mac from the online zotero site. please help

see if sync makes some progress between attempts, which it likely will (hover over the progress bar to see). If so, just keep autosync on and let it try a bunch of time, the sync will finish eventually.

The file '[...]' would exceed your Zotero File Storage quota

You'll need to delete files, use a WebDAV server, or buy a storage subscription.
