137698221 - Sync error

The main symptom seems to be attached pdf files aren't syncing; the parent items and folders do without a problem. I'm not sure what I did to cause this error, I've been using Zotero in the same way for months, although I have just started a new job and am therefore using a new internet connection.

does this happen right away or do you see the progress bar for a while when syncing?

Neither, the sync icon just span for about a minute before giving the error.

Having said that, another restart, plus cleaning out the trash folder has done the trick, and the sync appears to be working once again.
