Zotero Standalone and Firefox Extension Freeze Immediately When Opened

My Zotero Standalone and Firefox Extension freeze immediately when I open them. I can't provide a debug ID because the program freezes immediately. Any suggestions?

How long have you let them go? If they're performing a large sync, they could freeze for a short while.

And from the server logs it looks like that's exactly what's happening. Your Zotero is trying to download your full library. Let it go for a while and it will finish.
