Remove et al not in style but in display

Hello,

Thank you for this great tool so far. I have the following question:

Is it possible to remove the et al. - abbrevation in the normal appearance of Zotero Standalone? Often for me the last author of a paper is most interesting, because he is the supervisor. So I like to have all last names shown in the normal display of Zotero.
!I do not mean the citing style, just the normal display!
