Re-sort or order citations in a bibliography in Word

What would be the best technique to use if I created a bibliography in Word via the word icons (insert citation) and then I wanted to change the order of the citations? For instance, if I insert 3 citations into a paper and then insert the bibliography and then I want to change the order of the citations in the bibliography--say change citation #3 to citation #2....

depends. You can't enforce a random search order in bibliographies. But if there is actually a systematic idea behind the change of order, that can almost certainly be done in the citation style.
