split/divide/sort bibliography

Hi, I have to sort my bibliography in different sections ie. primary literature, secondary literature and websites. Is there such a feature within zotero or the word plugin?

I have to use a special citation style with footnotes. If I write my work and cite it works fine but is there an option to tell zotero in which bibliography it should "send" the information to and not just add everything in one huge list of literature? Otherwise I have to copy and paste the biblio-info and sort it manually... But if I need to update zotero everything is again a huge list of literature^^

You can modify a citation style to sort the bibliography by item type:

but you can't self-select items. That is still generally on the agenda, I think, but it's certainly nothing that's going to happen anytime soon.

OK, thank you for your quick response. Would it be possible to attach a tag eg. "primary literature" "secondary literature" etc. in zotero and use this tag as a sorting-variable in the code?

no, tags aren't available in citation styles.
