Zotero not successfully grabbing info from Jstor

I'm using the most up to date Zotero Firefox plug-in on the most up-to date version of Firefox. I'm having trouble downloading citation information from JStor. When I am viewing an article in JStor, Zotero recognizes the metadata and displays an article icon. I then click on the icon and "saving to Zotero appears" in the bottom right portion of my screen. Unfortunately, nothing actually happens--the information is not sucked into my Zotero client.

Do you see the title of the article appear in the Saving to Zotero pop-up? If so, it's being saved _somewhere_, you're just not looking in the right place.

Otherwise, make sure you've run through these, in particular 10.

If you don't have a collection open, the citation will save to your library.

The request for a full URL is essential to identifying the problem.

I believe you are describing citation imports not citation plus pdf.

That said, sometimes JSTOR metadata doesn't import for me. If my memory serves, the import message box opens but the box doesn't contain the info, subsequent import attempts show the standard error message. This problem resolves itself with the passage of time. To me this indicates a JSTOR issue (and, perhaps, something slightly off with Zotero's error detection).
