Error Report ID 1893772300

Dear Zotero Expert,
After starting saving references with Zotero-add in Firefox, I consistently get Zotero Errors: "There is an error starting Zotero". "An error has occured. Please restart Firefox". I have reintalled Zotero, now 4.0.22, and Firefox, now 32.0.1, but the problem persists. I have checked integrity of database - No error found. Automatic Sinc is disabled.
Any suggestions?
Regards, Alex

This is likely due to security software on your system preventing Zotero from accessing the disk properly. Try temporarily disabling any software you're running — or somehow whitelisting the Zotero data directory for access by Firefox — and syncing again.
