Help with Zotero Plug-in for Chrome
My report ID # is 158422549.
Can I fix the errors? What, if anything, is wrong? Below is a list of the errors that Zotero has experienced and a description of how they might have occured.

I am not quite sure what the errors mean, but I think I know how they happened. I installed the Zotero standalone as well as the chrome plug-in on my computer today. My computer is an HP 2000. The plug-in image was next to the bookmark star, so I decided to try it on an article I read: http://www.bostonglobe.com/opinion/2014/09/12/footnote-mouth/kWs1L2xZWlRdm5pCI4rbIN/story.html. I had not logged in to Zotero since installing, so I was prompted to do so while Zotero attempted to save the article. While I was in the online site I saw the icon for Zotero in the corner and I wanted to see if and how Zotero would categorize its own site, so I clicked on the icon. Next, I opened up a new window and noticed that the icon was not there. I thought that it should be, so I went to chrome extensions to see if there was an issue. While there, I saw the errors and decided to post a forum discussion on what happened. I hit "Update Translators" because I thought that might be why I couldn't see the icon in every new tab. I was then prompted to go to the Zotero page on Translator issues.

On which page did you not see a URL bar icon?
You should also be able to use either Zotero Standalone to import to it directly from Chrome or use Chrome connector without Zotero Standalone and import directly to zotero.org (which would then sync to your local library the next time you open Zotero Standalone). As adamsmith says, Zotero Standalone is generally more convenient and gives you much more flexibility and better quality metadata, so that's recommended, but both _should_ work.
