Sync problems and failure reporting
For the last couple of weeks my standalone app hasn't been able to sync with my online library. I have confirmed that the email addresses are all OK.
The report says that there's a problem connecting to the server. If this is the case it isn't at my end as my internet access is fine.
When I try to report this I get the message "invalid response from repository".
Can anyone help please?

adamsmithThis is normally an issue either with a system proxy or with security software. More often the former than the latter. Start by checking those.

dstillmanAlso, can you copy and paste the contents of the error report after trying to sync?
