Sync problems and failure reporting

For the last couple of weeks my standalone app hasn't been able to sync with my online library. I have confirmed that the email addresses are all OK.

The report says that there's a problem connecting to the server. If this is the case it isn't at my end as my internet access is fine.

When I try to report this I get the message "invalid response from repository".

Can anyone help please?

This is normally an issue either with a system proxy or with security software. More often the former than the latter. Start by checking those.

See if you can access https://sync.zotero.org/ (should say "nothing to see here")

Also, can you copy and paste the contents of the error report after trying to sync?
